Total remuneration of members of management

consists of a fixed annual salary, a perfomance-based

bonus and other remuneration components, in

particular a company car and the insurance contri-

butions paid into the company pension programme.

There is no public-law pension system in place for

members of management and their surviving

dependents.

Because exact levels of target achievement remain to be determined, the bonus amounts shown are estimates as of the date the annual financial statement was drawn up.

The corrected value will be reported in the next annual financial statement.

In-kind and other remuneration includes the costs of a premium-based pension plan, among other things.

The expenses for remuneration of management for
